Professional Development Series for Modern Computer Science Teaching Across All Grade Levels

Professional Development Series for Modern Computer Science Teaching Across All Grade Levels

The series Subject Didactics and Practical Approaches to Teaching Computer Science is aimed at all secondary school teachers (Gymnasium) with a qualification in computer science who have little prior teaching experience in the subject, as well as those interested in current practical approaches to implementing computer science education in schools.

The series consists of independent sessions, each focusing on the didactic structure of the curriculum content for grades 9 through 13 and presenting practical, classroom-oriented teaching strategies. Special emphasis is placed on hands-on implementation, which participants will actively explore during the sessions. Additionally, the most up-to-date and didactically valuable tools will be introduced, along with ideas for extending and enriching computer science instruction.
