Online Course: „Fit für die Lehre von morgen – Ohne Angst vor Technik mit Bits und Bytes Bus-fahren“
This asynchronous online basic computer science course was developed as part of the DigiLLab project at Friedrich-Alexander-Universität Erlangen-Nürnberg. This course is an elective module offering basic computer science education for student teachers and teachers from all subject areas. In addition to the basics of computer science (computer architecture, operating systems, communication), which are taught at an introductory level, the course also introduces the basic ideas of computational thinking. The focus is on modeling and simulating algorithms through programming. The course is completed by the socially important topics of data protection and data security, as well as computer science and society. The content is always considered from an educational perspective to facilitate its application in the classroom.
